Larry Clark
1992
1992 continues Clark’s investigation of adolescent masculine identity with respect to violence and sexuality. The artist inserts himself in the lives of five tough teenage boys over the course of several years. The second half of the book focuses on one of the boys and was photographed during a single session, thereby revealing Clark’s sensitive and improvisational shooting method.
